In this one-day immersion, we’re teasing those threads gently, together. You’ll walk away understanding your purpose - and yourself - in a whole new way, driven by momentum and exhaling because finally, after all this time, you feel clear.

presence and practical magic.
Hosted at the beautiful Green Rock Retreat in Culver, Oregon, this is an experience for women and non-binary people who are ready to step into their leadership and who want to lock in a course for the years ahead.
Guided by ceremonialist and intuitive, Annie Cattabriga-Alosa; and strategist coach & visionary Jenni Gritters, you’ll receive both practical and somatic support throughout the day to lock in your identity, your connection to what feels alive, and the support you need to step into your power.
This is about building a life on purpose, in the direction of what feels essential on a soul-level, within the real, lived context of the world we’re in now.

Our day will match practicality with intuition, self-exploration with group reflection, soul with strategy, and cerebral understanding with sacred ceremony.
Dancing between these modalities will help you realize who you are and what you might be here to do, in addition to addressing any blocks you may feel on multiple levels.
True North will be held at Green Rock Retreat, a high desert sanctuary perchedabove the Crooked River Gorge, just 30 miles from Bend, Oregon. This off-grid retreat center offers a peaceful environment for rest, reflection, and deep connection with nature.
Green Rock features a spacious open-air pavilion with a large community dining table, an outdoor lounge area, and a fire pit for ceremonies. The 22 foot yurt creates the perfect atmosphere for shared experiences.
Hiking trails encircle the desert landscape, offering a gorgeous backdrop for reflection and personal growth.
To maintain the clarity and integrity of our shared space, no drugs or alcohol are permitted on the premises. This ensures that we can all be fully present, grounded, and attuned to the work we are doing together.

Who is this for?
This retreat is for searchers, creatives, entrepreneurs, spiritually guided individuals, highly sensitive and neuro-spicy people, and those who might consider themselves outsiders. All who are curious about stepping into their own leadership are welcomed and encouraged to find belonging here!
How many people will be there?
The group size is intentionally limited to 10-15 participants to ensure a spacious, well-held circle. Reservations are required, and your spot is secured upon registration. First come first served!
Do I need to run a business to be included?
Nope! This conversation about purpose and direction applies to everyone, whether you run a business, have a full-time job, don’t work at all, or anywhere in between. All that’s required is to come with an open mind and a sense of presence, so you can listen closely to what’s being offered.
Do I need to have a spiritual practice or belief system to be included?
Absolutely not! Come as you are. This is a place free of religious dogma, free of assumptions. Whatever you believe (or don’t believe), you will find yourself welcome here.
What if I don’t know anything about my ancestors?
That’s totally fine! We’ll send you an email the week beforehand asking you to do a bit of investigating. But if you find nothing, that’s totally okay. That gives us information to work with as well.
Do you offer refunds?
Because this retreat is carefully curated and held in an intimate container, all registrations are final. If you’re unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to a friend or a person on the waitlist.
How early do I need to register?
The sooner, the better! Spots for this retreat will fill, so you’ll want to book now if you’re interested.
How do I get to Green Rock retreat center?
Green Rock is located at 15580 Southwest Fs 5480 Road, Culver, OR 97734. You will need to drive, as it is a remote, off-grid property.
If I fly in for this event, do you have recommendations for lodging?
For a rustic high desert experience, try Crooked River Ranch Cabins in Terrebonne, OR — An approximate 28 minutes drive to Green Rock.
Bend, OR is a 45-minute drive from Culver, and has a wide variety of accomodations available.
